Since 1980, Beijing Restaurant has brought authentic Beijing cuisine to the community, and with this project, we'll elevate its DoorDash presence to increase profits. We’ll capture high-quality photos of popular dishes, create compelling menu descriptions, and highlight the restaurant's unique story. By managing targeted DoorDash ads, optimizing pricing, and adjusting based on real-time data, we aim to attract more customers, encourage larger orders, and maximize revenue. This approach combines visual appeal, strategic pricing, and ad management to enhance the restaurant’s visibility and profitability on the DoorDash platform.

Optimize and manage targeted DoorDash ads to increase visibility, attract more customers, and maximize ROI for Beijing Restaurant.

To drive repeat orders, higher average order values, and lunch traffic for Beijing Restaurant on DoorDash, we’ll implement targeted promotions and ad strategies. Loyalty promotions and exclusive deals for returning customers encourage repeat business, while bundled family meals and add-ons like potstickers increase average order value. For lunch orders, we’ll feature quick and affordable combo deals and specials available only from 11 AM to 2 PM, targeting nearby offices and residential areas. This combined approach attracts new and returning customers, boosts midday sales, and maximizes each order’s value, all while highlighting Beijing Restaurant’s authentic, high-quality offerings.
